Forwarding Charges
bio pin delivers its goods throughout Germany using DHL, a strong and reliable logistics partner. Large consignments of goods are sent by a forwarding agency. Normal shipping costs for delivery in Germany are 6,00 Euro. Please ask for shipping costs inside Europe. And the best thing is: we send our goods free of charge to you within Germany if your order exceeds €150.00, including VAT. The charges for packaging and insurance are already included in this price.

Cash on Delivery
If you do not want to make use of simple advance payment for your order, we offer you the possibility to pay cash on delivery. An extra fee is charged for this service. An additional fee of €4,20 plus €2,00 DHL is charged for cash on delivery consignments.

Return Privilege
With bio pin you have 14 days to return unwanted goods you have ordered. This applies to unopened goods that are in their original condition. If you are not happy with the goods, simply return them to us. Please enclose a copy of your order with the return consignment and state your bank account details so that we can transfer the amount back to your account. Please also observe our General Terms and Conditions of Business on this matter.

Damage Incurred during Transport
Please check that the delivery is complete and free of transport-related damage as soon as you receive it. Any damage should be reported immediately to Logistics. Please also inform us in writing by e-mail.

Dispatch
If items are directly available ex warehouse, Germany-wide deliveries generally take place within 48 hours of the receipt of payment. Please note: Orders received before noon are dispatched within the next two working days. Around 99% of our goods are available ex warehouse. If longer delivery times arise, you will be informed by e-mail.
